Triage

One reply queue across email, Slack, and Teams — split into what you owe and what you're waiting on.

Every channel, one queue

Triage folds anything awaiting a reply into a single list, whichever channel it arrived on: email, Slack channels and DMs, and Teams 1:1 and group chats. You work one queue instead of checking three apps to find out what you have missed.

You owe, versus waiting on others

Each item is sorted by direction. "You owe" is what somebody is waiting on from you. "Waiting on others" is what you asked for and have not received, with how long it has been outstanding — so a chase is a decision, not an archaeology project.

Act without leaving the list

Open the thread, draft a reply with the assistant, snooze it to a better moment, mark it done, or dismiss it. The count in the sidebar goes down as you go, and reply-needs are detected on ingest rather than by a nightly sweep.
