These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of getlodestar.ai (the “Site”) and the Lodestar earlybird program. By using the Site or requesting access, you agree to these Terms.

1. Prerelease service

Lodestar is in prerelease. The Site and earlybird program are provided for informational and early-interest purposes. Requesting access does not guarantee access, availability, pricing, or any specific feature, and we may change or discontinue the offering at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding agreement to use the Site.

3. Earlybird access & communications

By submitting your email, you consent to receive a confirmation and occasional updates about Lodestar. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails or by contacting [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
  • Do not disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
  • Do not submit false information or someone else’s data without authorization.
  • Do not scrape, copy, or misuse content except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, the Lodestar name and logo, and all related content are owned by Lodestar or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodestar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
